I build every saddle as if I were going to use it myself. I use Ritter Saddle Trees, we feel they are the best trees money can buy and come with an eight year warranty. Only the best quality leather that is tanned in the USA is used. I don't take any shortcuts, every part of the saddle is cut from a particular place of the hide.
