1. A REFUNDABLE deposit of $100.00 on pet quality or potential show puppies will be needed to hold your puppy once born and viewed the day you decide you want him/her. You will have 5 business days from the day you decide, to mail me a REFUNDABLE deposit of $100.00 to hold your puppy. Priority Mail is the best way its cost is only $3.80.
2. We will accept a Check or Money Order from your local post office.
3. If for any reason you decide that you don't want your puppy after you have put a deposit down or the timing just isn't working out, The deposit will be refunded. There are NO CASH REFUNDS on puppies that have been placed. (A Placed puppy means one that you have already picked out, paid in full and/or taken home).
4. No puppy leaves no younger than 8 weeks old. The only concern we have is the health of the puppy.
5. All puppies will have their first set of puppy shots, worming and thoroughly vet checked before they leave.
6. If your puppy is shipped, you are responsible for all shipping charges, insurance on the puppy and crate. Crate cost is approximately $35.00 (the crate will be yours to keep when the puppy arrives). A $30.00 health certificate fee is required by the airlines in order to ship your puppy. Shipping usually cost approximately $250.00 to $350.00. The prices vary from different airlines. For insurance, the airlines charge $2.00 for every $200.00 of coverage, so normally that would be an extra $5.00 plus 8% tax. (prices are subject to change, up to the airlines).
7. Once the puppy is taken to the airport and leaves the ground, we are no longer responsible. If anything happens to the puppy you will have to notify the air lines.
8. AKC registration papers will be mailed separately and will be send out priority/certified mail so you get them in 3 days. Pet quality puppies will have limited registration. Show quality puppies will have full registration.
9. In the event that puppy is ready and papers have not arrived, you decide if you want to wait till papers come in before shipping the puppy or you can call AKC and verify that they have been submitted and are being processed. We will hold the puppy till they come or let him go. It is up to you.
Note: Puppies can be shipped without any trouble most of the time. However, there are certain days that the weather is just to cold or to hot. You can check the weather on www.weather.com to get a good idea when to ship the puppy!
