For the benefit of those who have never before hashed in Austin, here is a quickie guide to the marks you'll see on trail.
Check - trail may change direction |
Backcheck - the trail will branch off somewhere between the backcheck and the original check |
True trail arrow - always follow this arrow in the direction which it points. |
False trail - return to the last check and try another direction |
Beer Near - Smile! You are close to a beer check. |
On In - you're close to the end of the trail. |
