Airport to Hotel Shuttles will be on Thursday, Friday, and Monday.

Thursday and Friday Hours: 9:30 am to 11:15 pm (leaving every 30 minutes).
Monday Hours: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm (every 30 minutes from Hyatt Regency)
Monday Hours: 12 noonish to 6 pm (every 30 minutes or as needed from Rugby Field to Airport)

Arriving Hashers looking for the Shuttle Bus to the Hotel should do the following:

  1. Go to Baggage Claim on the Lower Level.
  2. Collect baggage if they have some to collect.
  3. Walk outside the airport and kiss the sweet, hot, Texas air.
  4. Check a watch to see if it is between 9:00 am and 11:15 pm; if so, continue.
  5. Walk up to the Bus and Make Sure there is a sign in the window with the words "ON ON".
  6. Board the bus and put on a Happy Face, we are now in control of your weekend!
