Cpl Augusta M. Bippert

U.S. Marine Corps 1943 - 1945

Augusta entered the Marine Corps on August 18, 1943.  She received boot training at Camp LeJeune, North Carolina and also served at Cherry Point MCS in North Carolina.  Augusta attended the Link Trainer Instructor School at Naval Air Station Atlanta, Georgia and was assigned to the Marine Corps Air Station, Mojave, California as a Link Trainer Instructor.  Augusta attained the rank of Corporal before receiving an honorable discharge on March 7, 1945.
