Anne Gabrielle Wilkerson, age 37, passed away Monday, December 17, 2007.  She is survived by her husband, Michael C. Wilkerson; son, Clayton Garret Wilkerson; parents, John and Rosemary Lege; grandfather, John B. Lege; grandmother Nelleen Restmeyer; uncle, David Restmeyer and wife Marsha; sister-in-law, Connie Seago and husband Doug; nephews Riley Seago and Parker Seago.  Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home on Bandera Road Thursday, December 20, 2007 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.  A funeral service will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Friday, December 21, 2007 at Zion Lutheran Church of Helotes, 9944 Leslie Rd. at Braun and Loop 1604 with Rev. Dr. David Schulte and Rev. Gabrielle Wilkerson was born on November 28, 1970 in Monterey, California, Rosemary & John Lege.  She was baptized into the Christian faith on December 1, 1970 at St. Joseph Baptist Church in Bryan, Texas..

Gabrielle worked as a nurse at St. Luke's Hospital here in San Antonio.  She ministered to others as a nurse for thirteen years and was moving into nursing education at the time of her loss.  She also served as a Sunday School teacher for our 5th grade class here at Zion.  As we remember her we give thanks for her service to God's people through her career and her dedication to the children as a teacher.

Gabby will be remembered as a patient, practical, lighthearted woman.  She will be greatly missed, not only by her family, but by all who knew her.

Gabrielle's life with us came to an end this past Monday.  We look forward to our resurrection day when all who believe will be reunited in Christ.
