Funeral services for Charles Steubing, 90, who died Monday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Louis Sauer, 746 Rivas St., will be held in Helotes Lutheran Church at 2 p.m. Wednesday, the Rev. H. A. Heineke officiating.  Burial will be in Helotes Cemetery.  Steubing was a native of Guadalupe County and had lived in San Antonio for the last 50 years.  He is survived by a son, Harry; four daughters, Mmes. Albert Krueger, Louis Sauer, Alfred Gussen, and Anton Ruempel; a brother, Henry; and 14 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren, all of San Antonio.

Charles Steubing, age 90, of 746 Rivas St. died Monday evening.  Survivors son, Harry Steubing; daughters, Mrs. Albert Krueger, Mrs. Louis Sauer, Mrs. Alfred Gussen, Mrs. Anton Ruempel; borther, Henry Steubing; fourteen grandchildren and twenty nine great-grandchildren, all of San Antonio.  Service Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Helotes Lutheran Church with Rev. E. A. Heineke officiating.  Interment in Helotes Cemetery.  Arrangements by Riebe Funeral Home.
