Shirley Ann Smith, born April 5, 1943, passed away October 14, 2003 at the age of 60.  Shirley graduated from Northside High School and was a waitress at Old San Francisco Steak House for many years.  Shirley was surrounded by her loving family in her last days of life.  She will be dearly missed by all her family and friends.  Shirley was preceded in death by her parents Beulah and Emil Bormann and her son, David Mason.  She is survived by her beloved son, Ricky Smith; sister, Betty Kelly and husband Joe and their children, Jason, Johnny, and Jennifer Kelly; cousins, Carol Wehrmann and husband Gary, Gerri Busby and husband Tom, Betty Valdez and husband Eddie.  Visitation will begin 10:00 A.M., Saturday, October 18, 2003 with a 2:00 P.M.  Funeral Service at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will follow at Zion Lutheran Cemetery.  Please join us in honoring Shirley by visiting our Memorial at www.mem.com and share your thoughts with our family.  Sunset Northwest Funeral Home.
