Julius E. Siebert, age 81, of San Antonio, died Sunday, February 17, 2002.  Survivors: son, Bruce L. Siebert and wife, Joan; grandchild, Stacey L. Banks and husband, Doug; great grandchildren, Draik Banks, and Demy Banks; brother, Marvin R. Siebert and wife, Sue Ellen; brothers-in-law, Muriel Steubing and wife, Verna Belle and Orville J. Steubing.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4 o'clock to 7 o'clock at Porter Loring.
