Louis Rossy, Jr., age 72, of San Antonio, died Sunday, January 10, 1993.  He was a lifelong resident of San Antonio.  Mr. Rossy retired from Kelly AFB.  He was active in numerous charitable and social organizations.  Survivors: wife, Betty Rossy, San Antonio; son Louis H. Rossy and wife, Judy, Rio Medina, TX; daughter, Linda Rinn and husband, Chuck; grandchildren, Zach and Rozlynn Rinn, all of Magnolia TX.
