Richard Menn, age 61, passed away Wednesday, May 26, 2004.  Mr. Menn was an active member for many years of the Helotes 4-H Club.  He was a loving father and grandfather who will be greatly missed.  Mr. Menn was preceded in death by his parents, Hilmer and Alice Menn; son, Jeffrey W. Menn; brother, Gus Menn.  He is survived by his son, James H. Menn and wife Chelsea; daughter, Jana Peck and husband Nathan; grandchildren, Christina and Jeffrey Menn, Renee and Sascha Menn; sisters, Merrilyn, Carol and Shirley; former spouse, Patricia Menn; numerous nieces and nephews.  Visitation will be held 6:00 - 9:00 P.M., Thursday, May 27, 2004 at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M., Friday, May 28, 2004 at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home Chapel.  Internment will follow at Zion Lutheran Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Helotes 4-H Club or American Red Cross.  Sunset Northwest Funeral Home.
