Frank Alex McDougall, 65, died Sunday morning at his home in Sequin.  McDougall, a farmer, was a native of Fredericksburg, and had spent most of his life in Bexar and Guadalupe counties.  Surving are his wife, Mrs. Hilda Nickel McDougall; daughters, Mrs. Alvin Stahl, Sequin, Mrs. Lottie Menn, Floresville; mother, Mrs. Katie McDougall; brothers, Arthur, Gus, George and Leroy McDougall, all of San Antonio; sisters, Mrs. Steve Luckenbach, San Antonio and Mrs. Warren Knox, New York, and three grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Riebe Funeral Chapel with the Rev. H. A. Heineke officiating.  Burial will be in Zion Lutheran Cemetery at Helotes.
