Charles Edward Hoffmann, age 72, died Saturday afternoon at his residence on Culebra Road. Survivors Wife, Mrs. Ernestina Braun Hoffmann; mother, Mrs. Julia V. Hoffmann of San Antonio; brothers, J. J. Hoffmann of San Antonio, and Dallas Hoffmann of Los Angeles, Calif.; sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Kuentz, Mrs. Adella Crawford, Mrs. Rosa Goll, Mrs. Selma Steubing of San Antonio, Mrs. Louise Downham of Houston, Texas. Services will be Monday afternoon at the Zion Lutheran Church at 4:30 o'clock with the Rev. H. A. Heineke officiating. Interment in the Helotes Cemetery with Riebe Funeral Home in charge.
