Wilfreen Hoffman Gardner was born in San Antonio, October 6, 1947 and died in San Antonio, December 3, 2003, at the age of 56. She is survived by her ex-husband, Eddie Gardner of Devine; sons, Robert and Scott Gardner; mother, Gertrude Pauline Hoffman; sisters, Rita Hoffman Meyer and husband Quentin, all of San Antonio, Rebecca Hoffman of Albuquerque, NM, and her two beloved dogs, Bridget and Gumpy. A Rosary will be recited at 9:00 A.M., Saturday, December 6, 2003 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 13715 Riggs, Helotes, TX. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, with Rev. Gerald Hammel as celebrant. Interment will follow in Zion Lutheran Cemetery No. 1. Pallbearers will be Stephen J. and Michael W. Meyer, Lloyd and Wilford Bendele and Marvin and Larry Waltisperger. Arrangements are with American Mortuary.
