Epp, 84, of 429 Taft Blvd., died December 4, 1979.  Life resident of San Antonio, member of Palm Heights United Methodist Church.  Survivors: Wife, Mrs. Hilda Epp, San Antonio; brother, Adolph C. Epp, Burton, Washington and numerous nieces and nephews.  Services 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 7th, Palm Heights United Methodist Church, 211 North Park Blvd., with Rev. Waldo B. Hiller officiating.  Interment in Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Helotes, Texas.
