Alvin "Edd" Brink, age 64, of 2438W. Ashby, died Monday. Survivors: Wife, Mrs. Alvin Brink; son, Steve A. Brink, San Antonio; daughter, Mrs. Joyce Beds, Houston; sisters, Mrs. Helen Kansen, San Antonio, Mrs. Luise Resshne; grandson, Wesley Hede, both of Houston. Rosary Wednesday evening at 3 o'clock in the Colonial Chapel at the Peter Loring Mortuary. Mass Thursday at 2 o'clock at St. Paul's Catholic Church. Pallbearers; John J. Brink Jr., John J. Brink III, Richard Hansen, Michael Hansen, Bill Moody, Larry Herms. Those who desire may send memorial gifts to the American Cancer Society. Interment in the Helotes Lutheran Cemetery.
