WRECK INJURIES FATAL
Mrs. Fritz Braun Dies as Result of Collision of Auto With Train

Mrs. Fritz Braun, 31 years, died yesterday morning at the Physicians and Surgeons Hospital, where she was taken yesterday afternoon after the automobile in which she was riding with her husband, Miss Alma Schaffler and her son, collided yesterday with an I. & G. N. train at the Morales Street crossing.

Mrs. Braun was a resident of Helotes, 16 miles northwest of San Antonio.  The automobile was hurled from the track, overturned and Mrs. Braun pinned beneath it.  Other occupants of the car escaped with minor injuries.  When Mrs. Braun was taken to the hospital she was suffering from concussion of the brain and a fractured skull and little hope was had of her recovery

Mrs. Braun is survived by her husband, two sons, Henry and Burton, a daughter, Bernice, and her father, Henry Wiemer, all of Helotes.
