Emma Boerner

BOERNER--Died Thursday, March 7, Mrs. Emma Boerner, aged 85 years.  Beloved mother of Edward Boerner of Helotes, Mrs. Emma Epp, Mrs. Ida Weber and Mrs. William Fort; sister of Mrs. John Epp of this city.  Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.  The remains will be at the Riebe Undertaking Parlors until Friday noon, and will then be taken to the Helotes Lutheran Church for funeral services at 3:30 o'clock, Rev. W. W. Laubach officiating.  Interment in the Helotes Lutheran Cemetery.

MRS. EMMA BOERNER FUNERAL RITES TODAY

Mrs. Emma Boerner, 83, widow of the late William E. Boerner, former county commissioner and justice of the peace of Bexar County, died early Thursday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ida Weber, 1302 North San Jacinto Street.  Mrs. Boerner was a native of San Antonio but had lived practically all of her life on the Galm Road near Helotes and came to San Antonio only 14 days ago for medical attention.
Funeral services will be held at the Helotes Lutheran Church Friday afternoon by Rev. W. W. Laubach.  Pallbearers will be Felix Braun, Phillip Braun, Herman Epp, Anton Epp, Rudolph Weber and Otto Brown.
Survivors are a son, Edward Boerner of Helotes; three daughters, Mrs. Emma Epp, Mrs. Ida Weber and Mrs. William Fort; sister, Mrs. John Epp of San Antonio; eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
