Oscar L. Bendele, 50 years, resident of Culebra Road, died at a local hospital, April 21, 1949.  Survivors, widow, Mrs. Lillie Bendele; sons, Lloyd and Wilford Bendele, daughter, Miss Lillie Mae Bendele; brothers, Otto, Louis and Charles Bendele; sisters, Mrs. J. L. Sanders, and Mrs. Woodrow W. Anderson.  Rosary Friday evening at 8 o'clock at Funeral Home.  Services Saturday morning at 9 o'clock at Riebe Funeral Home and 10 o'clock at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Helotes, Texas, with requiem mass to be offered by Rev. Alfred Rabe.  Interment in Helotes Community Cemetery.
