2001 Brush Clearing
After several false starts, we finally got a break in the weather for our yearly cleanup of Bob Wentz
park. Without supervision by the parks folks, we were sort of on our own, which gave us the freedom to
do whatever we wanted. All told the cleanup lasted for about 3 hours and we cleared four areas. As we were
finishing a ranger drove through and said that we did good work. We weren't sure that we were allowed to break
out the chain saws, so I won't mention it here.
Neat old cedar tree that we uncovered.
