Full Headers in Outlook 2000



Step 1: Right click on the message that you wish to retrieve the headers for. Go down to OPTIONS and left click.

Step 2: A separate window will open, and the full headers will appear in the area labeled 'Internet Heaers'.

Step 3: You can drag over the text in this window with your mouse, highlighting it, so you can right click and select 'Copy'.
Step 4: Create a NEW MESSAGE addressed to a spam reporting service, and paste the headers into the body of the message.
