Viewing Full Headers in Outlook Express

Step 1: Select the message for which you wish to retrieve headers, in the INBOX folder. Right click on the message and select PROPERTIES from the menu.

Step 2: A separate window will open which has tabs for GENERAL AND DETAILS. Click on DETAILS. Then, click on the button labeled MESSAGE SOURCE.

Step 3: Click and drag over the text with your mouse. The text will highlight. Right click over the text and click on COPY.

Step 4: You can then create a new email message, and address it to the spam reporting service (or abuse address for the originating server). The text that you had just copied should be pasted be right clicking, over the message texta area, and then selecting PASTE.
